1.4 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including jillip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Access to jillip is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. jillip employs age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
jillip is intended for use by residents and players within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. jillip reserves the right to block access from or to close accounts belonging to players in restricted jurisdictions without prior notice.
To register a jillip account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm your age and agreement to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jillip account. jillip prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or household connections. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and all balances — including pending withdrawals — in duplicate accounts will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jillip login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. jillip will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jillip support immediately. jillip may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. jillip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
jillip may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time and, in particular, before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by jillip may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities pending completion.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. jillip may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per calendar month to the balance of an inactive account, subject to applicable regulations. jillip will provide advance notice of inactivity fee application where required by law. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the applicable inactive period.
jillip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit is ₱20. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and player tier. Deposits are credited to your jillip wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider; processing times vary by method.
Withdrawals may only be made to verified payment accounts held in the same name as the registered jillip account. jillip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal must generally match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jillip's discretion.
jillip targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes described on the Platform for each payment method. Actual processing times may vary. jillip reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purposes of identity verification, fraud investigation, or technical system maintenance.
All transactions on jillip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where a payment method denominated in another currency (e.g., USDT) is used, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses offered by jillip are subject to wagering requirements and other specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion. A Player must meet all applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Wagering requirements specify the total bet volume a Player must achieve using bonus funds before those funds or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers, eligible game contributions, maximum bet amounts during bonus play, and validity periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms. jillip employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns specifically to fulfill wagering requirements without meaningful risk, systematic hedging of bonus bets, and any other conduct that jillip determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, jillip reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings derived therefrom and to suspend the relevant account.
jillip reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and begun fulfilling its requirements will be honored to the extent reasonably practicable, subject to jillip's sole discretion.
All games available on jillip operate in accordance with their respective published rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for that game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during any game round, jillip reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Where a malfunction produces a result that is clearly inconsistent with normal game operation, jillip is not obligated to honor the displayed outcome and may reverse any payment made in error. jillip will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface. jillip reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Progressive jackpot games may require minimum bet amounts to qualify for the jackpot; these requirements are stated within the game.
jillip's basketball and sports betting markets are governed by specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Settlement of markets follows standard industry rules. jillip reserves the right to suspend betting on any event, to limit bet amounts on specific markets, and to void bets where results are affected by incidents outside the normal course of play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillip Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
9.1 All content on the jillip Platform — including but not limited to the jillip name, logo, game graphics, software, text, data, and visual design — is the property of jillip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jillip's prior written consent.
9.3 Third-party game content (slots, live casino games, sports data) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and data suppliers. Your use of such content is governed by the applicable providers' terms, which you implicitly accept by playing those games.

10.3 jillip implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No data security system is impenetrable; jillip cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.
11.1 jillip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, jillip will prevent you from logging in or depositing for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

11.4 jillip does not extend credit to Players. jillip does not permit Players to wager funds that are not present in their account balance at the time of the bet.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jillip's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
12.2 jillip shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or revenue; (b) loss of winnings where such loss arises from a technical malfunction not attributable to jillip's gross negligence; (c) indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind; (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
12.3 The Platform is provided "as is." jillip makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jillip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 jillip may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory requirement, or at jillip's sole discretion.
13.2 Upon termination for a breach by you, jillip reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any balance legitimately belonging to you will be returned.
13.3 You may close your jillip account at any time by contacting support. Any account closure request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not cancel obligations you have already incurred under these Terms.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jillip, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. jillip will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
14.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine jurisdiction competent to hear such matters. Players may also direct complaints to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory body.
15.1 jillip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via on-Platform notification or to the registered contact details on file, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
15.3 The current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page indicate the version currently in force.
